In 2008 we will celebrate twenty years of business for Taylor's Nailers and we are proud of our dedication to quality, safety and value.
We are especially pleased with the design-build projects we have completed with our clients; including a two story atrium looking out over an historic Oak tree in Berkeley, garage conversions to capture new living space, elegant bathroom renovations, kitchen upgrades, decks and stairs. Additionally we have performed a great many foundation replacements providing peace of mind for our clients in this seismically active part of the world.
We recently converted two triplexes into individual condominium units and are currently marketing the final remaining unit. We are proud of the craftsmanship and beauty that resulted, merging 1890's vintage Victorians with updated and modern structures; new earthquake strengthening, new utilities, sound isolation, and the exacting replication of many lovely details. We are excited about the universal acclaim from contractors, real estate professionals, appraisers and clients.
We also work with clients who want to spruce up their house prior to sale to maximize their return on investment. This includes quick window replacement, kitchen and bath upgrades, new linoleum and other cost effective renovations. We are looking forward to the opportunity to expand and provide our professional services to a greater client base as we look towards the future.
